Number one most effective treatment for individual breakouts I've found is something I've gone back to time and time again.  Another Mario Badescu product.  Very inexpensive, and really is the best thing available for when you get a spot.

Pevonia Reactive Skin Care Cream - hands down the absolute best moisturizer I've EVER used.  Works great for sensitive, oily, acneic/problematic, rosacea, or badly burned skin.  Amazing, but mine's almost out and I can't find a supplier around - ebay here I come again...

New Favorite Moisturizer

LOVE Mario Badescu products.  My favorite for the moment is Cellufirm Moisturizer, it works even better if you put on Cellufirm Drops first.  I'm using them at night, something else during the day.  Not new products, but I'm always looking for something different!
