New Obsession


Heard about a website the other day on Martha Stewart Living Radio (Sirius 112), www.fitday.com.  It helps you to stay on track with a diet/weight-loss goal by keeping a food diary.  It's free and really easy to use - enter your current weight, a possible goal weight, and then track your food and exercise daily.  As I sit in bed eating chocolate-dipped strawberries...
